Pursued post-graduate programs in acupuncture at the Traditional Chinese Medical College. Attended Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina upon relocating to the United States in 1987. Graduated in 1991. Practiced Chiropractic in Seattle, Washington, following her graduation from Sherman College. Achieved diplomat status with the NCCAOM (acupuncture association) in the same year, solidifying her expertise in acupuncture.
